In the future.

As you may have noticed, I have been writing in the future lately.  I have this really cool power where I can fast-forward time and write a blog post.  Just to confuse you all.  I should say that I DID have a really cool power, until yesterday when I figured out the it wasn’t my own super-power, but the power of WordPress settings.  Bummer.  Don’t you hate it when you think you’re so special and then all of a sudden you realise that it’s really something else that’s making you seem cool?

It makes me wonder about super-hero movies.  Take The Incredibles for example.  In the Pixar movie, Dash, the youngest of the far-fetched family is the fastest kid at school.  Actually, the fastest person in the world.  It’s such a coinkidink that he was named Dash, isn’t it?  Anyhow, if dash is so fast it could be that he’s actually pretty slow.  If everyone in his world can only run 1 MPH at the max, while he can run 5 MPH it makes him look really fast, even though he’s not really that fast.

Everything is relative.  Because of the previously mentioned statement, we see that everything is relative.

Well, I have gotten really off track.

I guess that’s what happens when the future merges with relativity.

  1. There is a comic series written by Alan Moore called ‘Top 10’, which is set in a world where everyone has superpowers, and, because of this, the law enforcement needs to have reeeally spectacular superpowers to keep order. This reminded me of it. It’s actually a really fun comic.
